Santhi Hospital
Santhi Hospital is a charitable hospital established in 1988 at Omassery, a quaint village in Malabar. An initiative of Islamic Welfare Trust (IWT), the main objective of this hospital is to make quality medical care facilities available to the common man and the underprivileged sections of the society at an affordable cost.
Santhi Hospital is a 300 bedded multi-specialty hospital. It has made a mark in terms of its medical expertise, nursing care and quality diagnostic services through perseverance and commitment to its goals The hospital facilities reach an approximate population of over 10 lakh spread over 375 sq km.Santhi Academy
School of Nursing
After joining the IWTO group of institutions in 2000, Santhi School of Nursing is affiliated to Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council and Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. The team includes 8 faculty members, the principal and vice-principal. Each batch has 30 new intakes. The course duration is 3 years. Santhi School of nursing was established with an aim to remedy the scarcity of healthcare workers in the region and as a solution to women unemployment.
College of Nursing
The Santhi College of Nursing established in 2011 is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). Each batch has 50 intakes. The college is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
The Santhi College of Nursing equips students to be professional nurses who will be leaders in their field in terms of knowledge and competence. Moreover, the institution strives to foster them into professionals with empathy and commitment. For the same, the students are provided with quality-focused and value-based education, practice, research, innovation and collaboration.
School of Vocational Education
Analysing that our higher education should be aligned with the emerging needs of the economy, Government of India issued a notification for a National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF). Under the framework, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), The University Grants Commission (UGC) had launched a scheme for skill development as a part of higher education. This is how the Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) degree came into being. B.Voc. is a three year Undergraduate (UG) program that imparts practical and industry relevant skills in each respective field. B.Voc. shapes employable graduates.
It was in 2018, Santhi Academy started the School of Vocational Education. The school was founded under the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Till now, the institution has successfully graduated 31 students and all of them are working in different healthcare institutions.
Santhi Academy incorporates Lingaya Vidyapeeth University, Haryana and Tata Institute of Vocational Education (TISS) to provide skill based vocational training programs in the following courses:-

Santhi Institute of Medical Technology
The college was launched in 1994. The institute is affiliated to Bharath Sevak Samaj (BSS) since 2009. Santhi Institute of Medical Technology is now located in the compound of Santhi Hospital, Omassery. The college has a well-equipped model ward and a good library. Special programs are conducted by experts to ingrain a wide social understanding in students. Students are given the opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities.
The courses offered by the institutes areThe major goal of the institution is to provide access to medical professional courses to students in the lower economic strata thereby assuring the upliftment of not just the students but their families as well. 170 students are admitted every year across the 7 courses provided by the institution.
Pleasant English School
This School is located one kilometer east of Omassery town. It was started in the year 1992 and is now a leading school in Calicut district. It sprawls across an area of over 4.5 acres. The school comprises of a multi-storey building, a vast playground, a spacious library with an extensive collection of books, 500-seat auditorium, state-of-the-art labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer, and Mathematics. The motto of the school is to impart quality education to the students of the socially and economically deprived sections of the society.
The school strives hard in inculcating the basic moral values to the students and believes that education not only makes students power houses of information but also develops them as complete human beings upholding the eternal values of humanity in this fast changing world. Pleasant English School started its journey with 30 students and now it has grown to 950 students. This school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary education up to Senior Secondary Level. The first three batches of class X appeared for AISSE examination and passed out with 100 % result while most of them secured high distinctions and first classes. Unlike other schools, Pleasant English School gives due importance in co curricular activities. The school takes additional attention and care of weak students and low achievers. They are provided with special coaching and remedial classes so that they can improve. Moreover with focus on the overall development of students, study tours, seminars, discussions, debates, quiz competitions, school parliaments, training in music, art, and craft are regularly conducted. Another noteworthy feature of the school is that it has been giving scholarship to the poor and backward children. Heavens Pre School
Heavens Pre-School moulds pupils in accordance with the general prospect of education with special focus on Islamic tutelage. The Pre-School is affiliated with IEC (Integrated Education Council, Kerala). Heavens Pre-School Omassery was started in 2014. Now it has 43 students and 6 teachers. It comes under Integrated Educational Council, India.
The institution imparts divine knowledge to students through recitation of the Holy Quran. It also focuses on building etiquette and teaches Arabic, English, Mathematics and Malayalam language. The Pre-School trains pupils to perceive the world around them in their own way and nurture their individuality. Admission to the 3 year course is given for children aged 3 years.

Palliative Care & Charity
Palliative care and charity is led by a team of trained doctors, nurses and volunteers of Palliative Society of Calicut, Government Medical College. The clinic was incepted in the year 2003. Apart from team members, compassionate people from different walks of life come forward to lend their helping hands and emotional support.
The clinic is conducted on every week. It has more than 2000 patients registered and 65% of them are cancer patients. Clinic not just meets the treatment and diagnostic expenses but also extends support to the members of the family. The clinic takes utmost care and responsibility of those patients who are unable to continue further treatment and who are referred back from multi-specialty hospitals. For those who find it difficult to visit the clinic, it has arranged home care too. Friday charity clinic is also performed at free of cost for helping the needy.
